Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the AVENIR Project and the GUILGAL Microfinance Company: A decisive step towards the financial inclusion of young and women agricultural entrepreneurs

Kinshasa, October 2, 2025 – The Project AVENIR and the Microfinance Company GUILGAL have officially sealed a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening access to financing for young and women entrepreneurs working in the agricultural sector.

This collaboration marks a key step in implementing the AVENIR Project's vision, which places agricultural entrepreneurship at the heart of inclusive economic development. By joining forces, the two institutions are committed to facilitating access to agricultural credit for project leaders in rural areas, while providing them with tailored support to ensure the viability and sustainability of their activities.

For his part, the Deputy Director General of the Guilgal Microfinance Company reaffirmed its commitment to promoting inclusive finance supporting transformative initiatives within local communities.
